BODENGO 1 basic level
This is the perfect trail to have fun with your family or friends trying this beautiful activity. Just a 45-minute drive from Domaso for 2/2.5 hours of fun in the Boggia creek in Val Bodengo. This is a beginner's course where we will learn to move through the canyon with rope rappels, natural slides and dives into the beautiful pools of the river. There are dives up to 7m high but none of them are mandatory and you can always choose to descend with the rope or the fun zipper line. Ideal for children aged 8/10 accompanied by at least one parent. This route is doable from June to mid-September.

VAL PERLANA - Lenno canyon
A trail close to the lake but completely immersed in nature with a series of natural slides, dives, rope rappels and the characteristic Val Perlana cave .Only 35 min from Domaso in the direction of Como, it can be reached by car or even conveniently by public transport. With a total duration of 2.5 hours it is the ideal route for families or groups of friends, suitable for beginners and for children from 8/10 years old if accompanied by at least one parent.You can extend the descent by connecting an upstream section and/or one further downstream. Runable from April to October.

BODENGO 2 - livello medio
One of the most beautiful trails in the region, famous for its large pools of crystal clear water with natural slides up to 12 m and dives up to 15 m but absolutely never mandatory, in fact you can always choose to descend by rope.This canyon has a duration of about 3.5/4 hours, you need to know how to swim and have done at least once a basic level canyon.It is doable for children from 12 years old accompanied by at least one parent and with good stamina and aquatic skills. It is doable from June to mid-September.This canyon is located in Val Bodengo above the village of Gordona just 45 minutes by car from Domaso, a beautiful valley also for hiking and mountain biking tours.
